You can easily find the building like European palace. This restaurant is on the second floor of this building. The first floor, I mean ground floor, is another, a little bit reasonable, restaurant by Joël Robuchon.
French menu available. English could be, though I've never seen.
Costs 10,000JPY-and over for lunch with one drink, and 25,000JPY-and over for dinner with one drink.
